Privacy and terms

Effective October 17, 2026. HazardDesk is operated by Mavaos, LLC. Questions: info@mavaos.com.

What we do

HazardDesk connects homeowners with independent local service providers such as plumbers, roofers, electricians and water damage companies. We don't do the repair work ourselves, and the provider you speak with is responsible for their own work, pricing and licensing.

What we collect

When you ask for a call back we collect what you give us: your name if you share it, phone number, ZIP code, the problem you describe and whether it's happening now. We also use your ZIP to show weather warnings and storm history for your area. We use basic technical data like your browser type to keep the site working.

How we use it

We use your details to connect you with one local provider who can help, and that provider may call or text you about your request. We don't sell your information to data brokers. We may keep records of requests and consent to meet legal requirements.

Calls and texts

If you check the consent box, you agree that HazardDesk and one local service provider may call or text you at the number you gave about your request, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us.

Weather information

Warnings, radar and storm history come from the National Weather Service and NOAA and may be delayed or incomplete. Always follow official instructions, and call 911 in an emergency.
